Bay Area Bayanihan for Philippine Disaster Relief Celebrates the Receiving of Donations by Migrante
As of January 2010, all 300 boxes of donations were successfully received in the Philippines by Migrante International, and they are in the process of sorting and giving the donations to families most affected by the disasters.

10/17 Typhoon Relief Work Continues
FCC volunteers and staff continue Typhoon Ondoy and Pepeng relief work. At the moment, we have received plenty of clothes but need much more medical supplies, food, and 20/20 boxes to send the items back in. We greatly appreciate the many community members of all ages who have been working here daily to sort through and organize donations.
09/29 Ondoy Relief Now!
On Saturday September 26th, Typhoon Ondoy hit Manila creating the worst flooding in over four decades. The waters reached up to 20 feet high and submerged 80% of the city. The typhoon also hit 25 other areas, Marakina being the hardest hit. In an attempt to survive, many families climbed on top of their roofs and were stranded for the weekend.
